Life: Currently*

LOVING :

This mug because it's my motto right now. {following my heart} ::making some changes:: and looking forward to where it leads me!

LISTENING :
to Ella Henderson.

{Don't let the fear keep you from climbing,

and if you fall to the ground just keep trying}

Head up in the clouds, never looking down,

nothings gonna stop us this time round.

*we stand tall like giants*

-Giants

WEARING :

My hubby's sweatshirt because I have decided that today is a perfect day to be swallowed up by the comfort of an over-sized hoody, and relish in the {freedom} of doing absolutely nothing today.

READING :

*Sparkly Green Earrings - Melanie Shankle*
I am in love with her style of writing! She was a blogger turned author, and has had me laughing out loud through this entire book! Melanie's sarcastic sense of humor is so similar to mine, that I am convinced we are long lost bff's. She also is a christian who laces every chapter with insight and {wisdom} that we all know I am a sucker for! I read The Antelope in the Living Room last year, and it quickly became one of my favorites, and it didn't take her long to move up my list of favorite authors! I am counting down to her next book, Nobody's Cuter Than You, coming out this April! If you haven't gotten your hands on any of her books, you are missing out! You can also read her blog @ The Big Mama Blog --> I promise you won't be disappointed!

WATCHING :

This sweet video my mama sent me this morning because she knows that my cup runneth over for anything {baby} these days.

LEARNING :

You know what, it's hard sometimes to remember this. When you want something so bad and you see someone else get it before you, it's tough. Maybe she gets engaged, and your still single. Maybe she lands her dream job, while you are still trying to figure out what you want to be when you grow up. Maybe she gets two pink lines, and you still only see one, after one, after one, after one. It's easy to fall into the comparison trap when someone gets something that you've been praying for. It's easy to wonder why God is answering them, but leaving your line silent.  It's easy to think you've failed when you stand by and watch someone else succeed. Trust me. I know. I've been there, on more than one occasion. But I'm learning that "her success is not my failure." God has a perfect time and plan for each and every one of us. Just because someone else succeeds or gets something we want, it does not limit our possibilities, or change {God's plan}

What is on your currently list this week?
